The Tale About Bahadur

Plan and Friendship

One day, Bahadur and his friends decided to spend a day during the holiday doing an exhibition beside their school, showcasing their handmade creations.

The friends drew pictures and built colorful toys with their hands.

Helping Along the Way

On the day of the exhibition, they went along the road and saw an old woman struggling to cross. She had forgotten her glasses at home and couldn’t see the path. Bahadur quickly gave his backpack to his friend Ali and said:

— “Let me help the grandmother, I’ll walk with you!”

Bahadur took the grandmother’s hand and said, “Grandma, hold my hand tightly, I’ll help you!”

Sharing and Joy

After they crossed, Bahadur wondered: “Why don’t other grandchildren help her?” The grandmother answered that she had no grandchildren, she lived alone, and she often sent sweets to the children’s home she knew.

With that, Bahadur told his friends:
— “Let’s bring our drawings and toys to the children’s home!”
His friends agreed, and hand in hand, they went there.

A Holiday Filled with Love

At the children’s home, Bahadur and his friends recited poems, sang songs, danced, and held a New Year’s party for the children. Everyone was happy.

That evening, upon returning home, Bahadur told his parents that he had a wonderful day and that from now on, he and his friends would often visit the children’s home.

Moral

True heroism is not about strength, but about love, sharing, and helping others.
