One day little Kirpi was walking in the forest when he found an old chest. Dust covered its surface, and on the lid it said: “Emotions.”
When Kirpi opened it, small colorful balloons floated out. Each had a word written on it: “Joy,” “Fear,” “Anger,” “Hope.” But some balloons were dim and pale.
Kirpi wondered:
— Why are some glowing while others are fading?
Suddenly, a gentle voice came from a balloon marked “Joy.” It said:
— We are emotions. When people hide us and do not express us, we become weaker.
Kirpi understood that children sometimes feel ashamed to cry, or keep silent when they are angry. But every emotion is important. They should not be hidden but expressed in a healthy way.
Kirpi smiled and said to the balloons:
— I will tell my friends that every emotion matters. Fear can be spoken, joy can be shared, sadness can be comforted. Then we will all be stronger and kinder.
The balloons began to shine brightly, and the chest glowed with light. Kirpi walked away smiling.
